Maintenance

MKT offers various maintenance options on every system we sell, as well as for systems you already own. We offer services provided directly by IBM or alternatively through leading third-party maintainers so you can be assured your engineer will be an experienced IBM midrange specialist. This way we can ensure fast, reliable fixes and keep your down time to a minimum.

We have maintenance options to suit all levels of user and will tailor a service package to meet your specific needs.

As an alternative MKT can arrange an onsite package of replacement parts for installation by your own IT staff, or for an ad-hoc call out for one of our technicians.
